    I was so happy to go to a real bookshop yesterday and browse the shelves, something we have not been able to do for months. I found a small, quiet, unassuming book with an eye catching title - "Unquiet Landscape: Places and ideas in 20th century British painting" written by Christopher Neve and first published in 1990. It considers the work of a number of key British painters such as Ben Nicholson, Paul Nash, Sheila Fell, Joan Eardley, Walter Sickert, Graham Sutherland, Stanley Spencer and others.
