    London never seems to have lacked office space, even before the dawn of Covid-19: truly affordable housing has been its increasing, scandalous failure. The office tower skyline north of London Bridge has been transformed beyond recognition in recent years, and more still rise. This one, 21 Moorfields, won't be so high, but it spans two tube lines and the yet-to-be-opened Crossrail, which presented certain construction challenges. It will be the new London HQ of an international bank. Plans survive, for now, even Brexit and Covid. I drew the building's yawning carcass on a quiet Sunday...
