Guillermo Martin Bermejo - The Draughtsman's Song
One year ago - By Art Found Out
The Draughtsman's Song will be Guillermo Martin Bermejo's first solo exhibition at the James Freeman Gallery, London.
Bermejo has spent many years meticulously creating works that read like diary entries.
In this show he offers drawings which represent his response to historic cultural figures, including Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev, Vidal, Brecht, Isherwood and Auden. Bermejo reimagines the artists he draws to reveal how they fit into his most personal domain.
